Returns all indexes in the project, including their current status and configuration. Each item in the response has the same shape as [`GET /indexes/{index_name}`](/guides/database-2026-07-control-plane-describe-index).

## Headers

- `X-Pinecone-Api-Version` (header, string, required) — Required date-based version header

## Response

- `200` — This operation returns a list of all the indexes that you have previously created, and which are associated with the given project.
- `401` — Unauthorized. Possible causes: missing or invalid API key.
- `500` — Internal server error.
