#### Authorizations

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `Authorization` | `string` | - | |

Session token from `POST /auth/login`, sent as `Authorization: Bearer <token>`.

#### Headers

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `X-Pinecone-Api-Version?` | `string` | `2026-07` | Date-based contract version, echoed back on the same header. Omit for the default (2026-07); send unstable for the in-development surface. An unrecognized value is rejected with 400 unsupported_api_version. |

#### Path Parameters

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `slug` | `string` | - | Context slug or UUID. |

#### Response

`200` — Counts

Source-tree counts, plus the caps and the usage against them where source limits apply.

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `file_count` | `integer` | - | Files in the tree. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `dir_count` | `integer` | - | Directories in the tree. Counts the ancestor prefixes of the stored objects, so a store with no standalone directories still reports one per level that holds a file. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `total_size` | `integer` | - | Summed byte size of every file. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `max_files_per_context?` | `integer` | - | Upper bound on how many source objects may be staged. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `max_bytes_per_context?` | `integer` | - | Total-byte cap for this context. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `max_bytes_per_file?` | `integer` | - | Upper bound on one stored object. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `used_files?` | `integer` | - | Files counted against max_files_per_context. |

| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `used_bytes?` | `integer` | - | Bytes counted against max_bytes_per_context. |
